What is this notice?

• Advertises where the secretary of state issues a direction against a pharmacist or practitioner prohibiting them from having in their possession, prescribing administering, manufacturing, compounding and supplying and from authorising the administration and supply of such controlled drugs as may be specified in the direction
• Advertises where the secretary of state issues a direction under Section 14 and 15 of the Act
• Advertises where the secretary of state has issued a declaration or revocation of an order which states that any place in the UK is infected with a disease which in his opinion constitutes a menace to other countries by reason of its spread or potential spread, and as such, ships' medical officers must comply with any requirement which may be made by the secretary of state for preventing the spread of the disease
• Advertises where the secretary of state has charged the owner of a ship for a de-ratting inspection and for the subsequent issue of a certificate or exemption.
