Frances Coulson

Frances is head of insolvency and business recovery at Moon Beever, and a founder partner of ShawnCoulson, an international association.

She carries out most areas of personal and corporate insolvency, specialising in contentious insolvency, especially cases involving fraud, as well as provisional liquidations and injunctive work generally.Frances is a member of the insolvency law evaluation panel at the Insolvency Service, and CBI insolvency panel, as well as a member of Insol and the IBA. She was appointed as a Board Trustee of the Fraud Advisory Panel in 2013 and is a member of the Economic Crime Prevention Group.

Frances was formerly chairperson of the SPG Committee of R3, and president of R3 in 2011, and now chairs its Fraud Group and remains a member of the R3 Policy Group.

Neil Dingley

Neil Dingley is restructuring and insolvency Partner at Moore Recovery Stoke on Trent. He has a background in information technology and accountancy with experience in all aspects of insolvency and business recovery appointments including the successful trading of a variety of engineering and manufacturing businesses.

David Pomeroy

David is a partner and head of the restructuring and insolvency team at Ashfords LLP.

He advises on contentious and non-contentious corporate and personal insolvency, and is most frequently found working alongside insolvency practitioners or the management team of a struggling business. 

David is also a Fellow of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals (R3) and a member of the Insolvency Lawyers Association.

Caroline Clark

Caroline is an insolvency practitioner and experienced insolvency compliance consultant. She has an MBA and is the director of RMCSC, providing independent compliance consultancy advice for insolvency practitioners that includes not only insolvency, but anti-money laundering regulation. 

Caroline is a fellow of the Insolvency Practitioners Association and Association of Business Recovery Professionals (R3).

Wayne Harrison

Wayne Harrison is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner who has over 25 year's insolvency experience helping companies in all sectors. Wayne is the director in charge of the London Office of KSA Group. Prior to him joining KSA Group in 2009 he was appointed by the IPA to oversee the regulation of insolvency practitioners. Wayne is a contributor to the website www.companyrescue.co.uk.
