Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 21 August 2014, Union Central Life Insurance Company transferred to Ameritas Life Insurance Corp., 100% of the interest held by it in EQT III US No.2 Limited Partnership being a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP007243 (the “Partnership”), and consequently on that date Ameritas Life Insurance Corp became a limited partner in the Partnership and Union Central Life Insurance Company ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
