Notice is hereby giben, pursuant to Article 58(2) of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at the offices of PwC, Waterfront Plaza, 8 Laganbank Road, Belfast BT1 3LR on Friday 7 August 2015 at 10.00 am for the purposes of laying the Joint Administrative Receivers’ report before the meeting and, if thought fit, to establish a Creditors’ Committee.

Creditors are entitled to vote only if they have delivered to me at the address shown above, by no later than 12.00 noon on Thursday 6 August 2015, written details of the debts they claim to be due to them from the company (if not already provided), (and the claim has been duly admitted under the provisions of Rule 3.12 of the Insolvency Rules (Northern Ireland) 1991) and there has been lodged with us any proxy which the creditor intends to be used on his or her behalf.

Creditors whose claims are wholly secured and not entitled to attend or be represented at the meeting.

Any creditor wishing to receive a copy of our report to be laid before the meeting may do so by writing to the undersigned at PwC, Waterfront Plaza, 8 Laganbank Road, Belfast BT1 3LR.
