Notice before Cancellation of Registration pursuant to section 15

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the societies listed below that it is the intention of the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment to proceed on 6th November 2015 to cancel the registration of the society, unless by no later than the day preceding this date the society has either submitted its outstanding annual returns or has lodged an appeal.

The ground of such proposed cancellation is that the society has wilfully violated section 48 of the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1969 by not submitting to the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment annual returns acceptable for filing when due.
