NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Libertas Associates Limited on 30 September 2015 at 10:30 am for the purposes of passing the following resolutions:

1. To ratify the appointment of Nicholas Barnett of Libertas Associates Limited, 3 Chandlers House, Hampton Mews, 191-195 Sparrows Herne, Bushey, Hertfordshire, WD23 1FL as Liquidator of the Company.

2. To ratify the actions of Nicholas Barnett of Libertas Associates Limited, 3 Chandlers House, Hampton Mews, 191-195 Sparrows Herne, Bushey, Hertfordshire, WD23 1FL during his administration of this assignment to the date of this meeting.

3. To authorise the liquidator to draw his remuneration based upon his time costs by reference to the time properly given by the liquidator and his staff, in attending to matters arising in the liquidation at Libertas Associates Limited’s standard hourly rates, at the rates prevailing at the time the work is done, such remuneration to be paid out of the assets of the company and which may be drawn on account as and when funds permit. The meeting was provided with the current details of the liquidator’s charge out rates.

4. That the liquidator be authorised to draw “Category 2” disbursements out of the assets as an expense of the liquidation, at the rates prevailing when the cost is incurred. The meeting was provided with the current details of the liquidator’s firm’s policy statement regarding disbursements.

A form of proof and proxy is enclosed, which if to be used at the meeting must be completed in accordance with the guidance notes provided thereon and lodged at the offices of Libertas Associates Limited, 3 Chandlers House, Hampton Mews, 191-195 Sparrows Herne, Bushey, Hertfordshire, WD23 1FL, not later than 12.00 noon on the business day immediately preceding the meeting.

Creditors will not be entitled to vote unless their proofs have been lodged and admitted for voting purposes. Therefore proofs must be lodged by noon the business day before the meeting if creditors are intending to vote at the meeting.
