At a general meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Copthorne Hotel, Copthorne Way, Cardiff, CF5 6DH on 26 January 2016 the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as Ordinary Resolutions respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, that P D Masters and C A Beighton, both of Leonard Curtis, Bamfords Trust House, 85-89 Colmore Row, Birmingham, B3 2BB, (IP Nos: 8262 and 9556) be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation.”
