At a General Meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 11.00 am on 13 April 2016 the following resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:-

“That the Company would be wound up voluntarily and that Richard Toone and Bai Cham, both of CVR Global LLP, New Fetter Place West, 55 Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1AA, (IP Nos. 9146 and 18052) be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally.”
