NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Rule 2.95 (1) of the 1986 Insolvency Rules, that the Joint Administrator of the above named company intends to pay a first and final dividend to unsecured creditors. The dividend is being paid out of the Prescribed Part, which is valued at £9,764.38. The unsecured creditors of the company are required, within 28 days of the date of this notice to submit their proofs of debt to the undersigned of Purnells, Treverva Farm, Treverva, Penryn, Near Falmouth, Cornwall, TR10 9BL the Joint Administrator of the company, and if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Joint Administrator to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved his debt before the date mentioned above is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the dividend or any other dividend declared before his debt is proved.

The dividend distribution will be paid within two months of the last date for proving indicated above.
