Bydd y Gorchymyn fel y’i cadarnheir yn addasu’r map diffiniol a’r Datganiad ar gyfer yr ardal trwy ychwanegu atynt y manylion sy’n ymwneud â’r llwybr cerdded sy’n dechrau ar y briffordd fabwysiedig o bwynt A, Heol Uchaf ger eiddo Rhif 21 ac yn parhau tua’r gogledd. Pellter o 63 metr i Heol Briwnant.

Os tramgwyddir unrhyw un gan y Gorchymyn hwn a’i fod am gwestiynau ei ddilysrwydd ar y sail nad yw o fewn pwerau adrannau 53 neu 54 Deddf Bywyd Gwyllt a Chefn Gwlad 1981 neu ar y sail nas cydymffurfiwyd ag unrhyw un o ofynion y Ddeddf neu unrhyw offeryn a wnaed oddi tani o ran y Gorchymyn gallwch o fewn 42 diwrnod o ddyddiad yr hysbysiad hwn wneud cais i’r Uchel Lys at y diben hwn.

The Definitive Map and Statement of Public Rights of Way for the former County of Glamorgan

THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CARDIFF DEFINITIVE MAP (HEOL BRIWNANT/HEOL UCHAF) MODIFICATION ORDER 2016

On 28th December, 2016 the County Council of the City and County of Cardiff confirmed the above

Order as an unopposed Order without modifications.

The effect of the Order as confirmed is to modify the definitive map and Statement for the area by adding thereto the particulars relating to the footpath that commences on the adopted highway from point A, Heol Uchaf adjacent to property No. 21 and proceeds in a due north direction. A total distance of 63 metres to Heol Briwnant.

A copy of the Order and the Order Map may be seen free of charge at the address shown below during normal office hours. Copies of the Order and map may be bought there at the price of £2.00.

If any person is aggrieved by this Order and desires to question its validity on the ground that it is not within the powers of sections 53 or 54 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 or on the ground that any requirement of that Act or that any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order you may within 42 days of the date of this notice apply to the High Court for this purpose.
