The Queen has been pleased by Warrant bearing the date 28 February 2017 to direct the issue of a Commission under the Great Seal appointed to be kept and made use of in place of the Great Seal of Scotland appointing Alan Gordon Simpson OBE to be Lord-Lieutenant for the Area of Stirling and Falkirk.
