Notice is hereby given that a petition has been presented to Livingston Sheriff Court by Glyn Thomas residing at 15 Main Street, Livingston EH54 7AF for recall of his sequestration which was granted at Livingston Sheriff Court on 13 May 2016; in which petition, the Sheriff by warrant dated 25 October 2017 appointed all parties claiming an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Livingston within 14 days after intimation, service or advertisement and assigned 24 November 2017 at 10.00 am as a diet; notice of which is hereby given.
