The Queen having been pleased to approve that George Andrew McNeill DL be appointed Vice Lord-Lieutenant for the Area of West Lothian to act for Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant during her absence from the area, sickness or inability to act, a Commission in his favour bearing the date 9 November 2017 has been signed by the Lord-Lieutenant.
