The Oil and Gas Authority gives notice that it has decided to issue, and in consequence has issued, a works authorisation to be held by Enterprise Oil Limited whose address is 8 York Road, London, SE1 7NA for the construction and use of a pipeline between the Nelson Platform End UTA and Nelson South End UTA, in connection with the Nelson field.

Except with the consent of the Oil and Gas Authority, the Electrical Umbilical shall only be used to convey power and signal.

The pipeline may be used by the Holder and with the Holder's agreement, and with the consent of the Oil and Gas Authority, by other persons.

Enterprise Oil Limited have been appointed operator of the pipeline.
