Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company will be held at 12.00 pm on 9 November 2018. This meeting will be held at Duff & Phelps Ltd, 24 St Stephen's Green, Dublin D02 EK82.

The meeting is called pursuant to Rule 4.061 of the Insolvency Rules (Northern Ireland) 1991, to consider and approve the Joint Liquidators' report on the progress of the Liquidation to date and also to pass resolutions in respect of the Joint Liquidators' remuneration.

A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member or creditor.
