Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 84 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 (as amended), that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named will be held at Wyncroft, 30 Rathfriland Road, Newry, Co. Down BT34 1JZ on Monday 18 February 2019 at 11.00 am for the purposes mentioned in Articles 85 to 87 of the said Order.

A list of the names and addresses of the company creditors will be available for inspection free of charge at the offices of ASM (N) Limited on the two business days immediately preceding the meeting between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00 pm.

Any creditor entitled to attend and vote at this meeting is entitled to do so either in person or by proxy. Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must (unless they are individual creditors attending in person) lodge their proxy at the office of ASM, Wyncroft, 30 Rathfriland Road, Newry, Co. Down BT34 1JZ no later than 12.00 noon on Friday 15 February 2019.
