Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final Meeting of the Members and Creditors of the above Company will be held at 47/49 Green Lane, Northwood, Middlesex, HA6 3AE on 30 May 2019 at 10.00 am (Members), and 10.30 am (Creditors), for the purpose of having laid before them a Final Account of the Liquidator's acts and dealings of the conduct of the winding up from the commencement of the liquidation to date and having any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.

A Member or Creditor is entitled to attend, and vote at the above meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
