The Oil and Gas Authority gives notice that it has decided to issue, and in consequence has issued, a works authorisation to be held by Shell U.K. Limited whose address is Shell Centre, London, SE1 7NA for the construction and use of a pipeline system between the Starling Manifold and the Fram Well G3 and between the Starling Manifold and the Fram Well G5 associated with the Fram Field development.

Except with the consent of the Oil and Gas Authority, the 273.1 Millimetre Production pipeline shall only be used to convey Gas Condensate; the 168.3 Millimetre pipelines shall only be used to convey Gas Condensate; the Control Umbilicals shall only be used to convey Hydraulic Fluid, Chemicals and Electrical Cables and the Signal Jumper shall only be used to convey Signal.

The pipelines may be used by the Holder and with the Holder's agreement, and with the consent of the Oil and Gas Authority, by other persons.

Shell U.K. Limited have been appointed operator of the pipelines.
