In accordance with rule 4.133 of the Insolvency Rules (Northern Ireland) 1991, notice is hereby given that a General Meeting of the Members of Stewart & James MICA Hardware Limited will be held on 26 June 2019 at 11.00 am, to be followed at 11.15 am on the same day by a final meeting of the creditors of the company. The meetings will be held at KSA Group Ltd, C12 Marquis Court, Marquisway, Team Valley, Gateshead NE11 0RU.

The meetings are called pursuant to Articles 91 & 92 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 for the purpose of enabling the Liquidator to present an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the company has been conducted in the preceding year and to give any explanation that he may consider necessary. A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member or creditor.

Proxies to be used at the meeting should be lodged at C12 Marquis Court, Marquisway, Team Valley, Gateshead NE11 0RU no later than 12.00 noon on the working day immediately before the meetings.
