NOTICE is hereby given that on 15 October 2019 an application was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by United Wholesale Grocers Ltd to recall the award of sequestration awarded by the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow on 19 August 2019 in respect of Nadeem Ul Haq Arif, residing at 311 Househillmuir Road, Glasgow, G53 6SH; in which application the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by interlocutor dated 5 November 2019 inter alia appointed notice of the presentation of the application to be published in the Edinburgh Gazette and appointed all persons claiming an interest to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the sheriff clerk at The Sheriff Court House, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow, G5 9DA within 14 days after such intimation, service and advertisement, all of which Notice is hereby given..
