The Oil and Gas Authority gives notice that it has decided to issue, and in consequence has issued, a works authorisation to be held by Shell U.K. Limited whose address is Shell Centre, London, SE1 7NA for the construction and use of a pipeline system between the Arran North Well AN1 and the Shearwater ‘C’ Platform and between the Arran North Tie-In Structure and the Riser Connection Point at Shearwater ‘A’ Platform associated with the Arran field development.

Except with the consent of the Oil and Gas Authority, the 323.9 Millimetre production pipeline shall only be used to convey Gas Condensate; the 168.3 Millimetre production pipeline shall only be used to convey Gas Condensate; the 168.3 Millimetre production pipeline shall only be used to convey Gas Condensate; the 168.3 Millimetre production pipeline shall only be used to convey Gas Condensate; the 168.3 Millimetre production pipeline shall only be used to convey Gas Condensate and the Umbilicals shall only be used to convey Hydraulics, Methanol, Power/Signal, Fibre Optic and Sensor.

The pipelines may be used by the Holder and with the Holder's agreement, and with the consent of the Oil and Gas Authority, by other persons.

Shell U.K. Limited have been appointed operator of the pipelines.
