THE QUEEN has been pleased by Letters Patent under the Great Seal of the Realm, dated 6 November 2019, to appoint Dame Nathalie Maria Daniella Lieven, D.B.E., and Ailsa Jane Carmichael (commonly known as the Honourable Lady Carmichael), to be Members of the Investigatory Powers Tribunal until 5 November 2024, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000.
