NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a final meeting of the members of Fernwave Ireland (UK) Limited will be held at 11.00 am on 8th May 2020, to be followed at 11.30 am on the same day by a meeting of the creditors of the company. The meetings will be held at Wyncroft, 30 Rathfriland Road, Newry, Down, BT34 1JZ

The meetings are called pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of receiving an account from the Liquidator explaining the manner in which the winding-up of the company has been conducted and to receive any explanation that they may consider necessary. A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member or creditor.

In order to comply with current government and health care advice during the Covid-19 pandemic a physical meeting of members and creditors cannot take place. In order to provide creditors with the opportunity to participate in the meeting, the meeting will be held remotely by telephone and/or video conferencing facilities.

In order to make suitable arrangements to ensure that all those wishing to participate are able to take part, creditors are requested to submit their proxy form in advance of the meeting and indicate that they wish to be sent details by email of how they may participate in the meeting at the required time.

The following resolutions will be considered at the creditors’ meeting:

1. That the Liquidator’s final report and receipts and payments account be approved.

2. That the Liquidator receives his release.

Proxies to be used at the meetings must be returned to the offices of ASM (N) Limited, Wyncroft, 30 Rathfriland Road, Newry, Down, BT34 1JZ no later than 12 noon on the working day immediately before the meetings.
