In accordance with section 6 of the Plant Health Act 1967, the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs hereby gives notice that the Official Controls (Plant Health and Genetically Modified Organisms) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 (SI 2020 No.381) will come into force on 21st April 2020.
