BALTNAUTIC SHIPMANAGEMENT LTD AND CARIBBEAN SHIPPING LTD

NOTICE is hereby given that by Order dated 26 October 2018, the Chairman of the Commercial Court of Tarascon, France, recorded the constitution of liability limitation funds for the owner of the ship "MAESTRO" for the benefit of the companies BALTNAUTIC SHIPMANAGEMENT LTD and CARIBBEAN SHIPPING LTD, concerning the event which took place on 16 October 2018 in the port of PORT-SAINT-LOUIS-DU-RHONE, France, and appointed Selarl Balincourt, in the person of Mr. Guillaume Larcena, of 9 rue Gérard Gadiot, 13200 Arles, France, as Judicial liquidator for the purpose of receiving the said guarantee.

Pursuant to Articles R121-12 and R5121-14 of the French Transport Code, creditors have a thirty days time-limit, as from the date this Notice is published, in which to produce their claim.

1. Those creditors, known to the applicant, but whose domicile they ignore, are deemed to accept the figures attributed to their claim;

2. Those creditors, unknown to the applicant, shall conserve the right of production until the Order to the President of the Court stating the closing procedure, that they shall not be able to claim anything on the allotments ordered by the bankruptcy Judge prior to their production and that their debt obligations shall be extinguished if they have not produced before the closing order, unless they can prove that the applicant knew of their existence, in which case the latter shall be held to them on their own assets.

By order of 26/10/2018, the President of the Commercial Court of Tarascon, France, recorded the constitution of liability limitation funds for the owner of the ship "MAESTRO" for the benefit of the companies BALTNAUTIC SHIPMANAGEMENT LTD and CARIBBEAN SHIPPING LTD, concerning the event which took place on 16 October 2018 in the port of PORT-SAINT-LOUIS-DU-RHONE, France, and has designated the SELARL BALIINCOURT, in the person of Maître Guillaume LARCENA, judicial representative, 9 rue Gérard Gadiot, 13200 Arles, as liquidator for the purpose of receiving the said guarantee.

In application with the provisions of Articles R121-12 and R5121-14 of the French Transport Code, the creditors have a time-limit of thirty days in which to produce their debt, obligations as from the said publication this time-limit passed:
