Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 18 August 2020 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 6 October 2020, I, Kaitlin Mayor, of 1 Howard Road, Chorley, Lancashire PR7 3NJ, Single, British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Kaitlin Beesley and assumed the name of Kaitlin Mayor.
