THE QUEEN has been pleased by Letters Patent under the Great Seal of the Realm dated 28 October 2020 to appoint Dame Elisabeth Mary Caroline Laing, D.B.E., a Justice of Her Majesty's High Court, to be a Lady Justice of Appeal.
