Letters Patent bearing date 2nd November 2020 have passed the Great Seal of Northern Ireland appointing David Kennedy McFarland to be a Judge of the High Court of Justice in Northern Ireland.

The said Letters Patent were enrolled in the Central Office of the Court of Judicature of Northern Ireland on 2 November 2020.

The Honourable Mr Justice McFarland took the Affirmation of Office on the 2nd day of November 2020 in the presence of the Lord Chief Justice of Northern Ireland.

The Affirmation was administered by Mr A E Wells, Clerk of the Crown for Northern Ireland.
