The Secretary of State for the Environment, Food & Rural Affairs, in the exercise of the power conferred by section 122(2) of the Environment Act 1995, varied with effect from 28 November 2020 the Environment Act 1995 (Southampton City Council) Air Quality Direction 2019 in accordance with the letter addressed to Southampton City Council as of 27 November 2020.
