The Department of Health has made a Statutory Rule entitled "The Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2021", (S.R. 2021 No. 108) which came into operation at 4.00am on 23 April 2021.

The Statutory Rule amends the Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2021 (“the principal Regulations”).

India is included within the list of red list countries in Schedule 3 to the principal Regulations.

The Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel) (Amendment No. 11) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2021 and the Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel, Operator Liability and Public Health Advice) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2021 are revoked.
