A written notice of the intention to make an application for a proposed zoo, has been sent to the above - mentioned council and may be inspected, free of charge, at their principal office, Northumberland County Council, County Hall, Morpeth, NE61 2EF: between the hours of 9am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays .
