Notice is hereby given that a Petition was presented to Edinburgh Sheriff Court (Ref: EDI-B843-21) by GLADBOURNE DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED, having its registered office at 12 Alva Street, Edinburgh EH2 4QG, craving the Court, inter alia, to grant an Order extending the period allowed for registration by the Registrar of Companies of the charge constituted by the standard security granted by GLADBOURNE DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED to CHARTER COURT FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED, having its registered office at 2 Charter Court, Broadlands, Wolverhampton WV10 6TD (Company Number 06749498) dated 19 April 2021 and registered in the Land Register of Scotland under title number MID187023 on 14 May 2021, under and in terms of section 859F of the Companies Act 2006 and; in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by interlocutor dated 2 September 2021 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh Sheriff Court within eight days after advertisement of the petition; all of which notice is hereby given.
