NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Article 92 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that the Final Meeting of the members and creditors of the above named company will be held at the offices of Gildernew & Co. Ltd, Six Northland Row, Dungannon, Co.Tyrone, BT71 6AW on 14th December 2021 at 10.00am and 10.15am respectively. The meetings have been called for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up of the company has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of. Due to COVID-19 restrictions physical meetings are not possible. Therefore, if any creditor wishes to attend, please contact my office to arrange dial in details before 13 December 2021.

A member of creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in their place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a member or creditor. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of Gildernew & Co. Ltd by no later than 12noon on 13 December 2021.
