A building certified for worship named Yapton Free Church, The Old Church Building, Main Road, Yapton, in the registration district of West Sussex in the Non-Metropolitan County of West Sussex, was on 5th November 2021 registered for solemnizing marriages therein, pursuant to Section 41 of the Marriage Act 1949 (as amended by Section 1(1) of the Marriage Acts Amendment Act 1958). In lieu of Yapton Evangelical Free Church, Yapton Street, Yapton now disused and the registration cancelled thereof.
