Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 296(4) of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Joint Trustees have been appointed to the Bankrupt's estate by the Secretary of State.

The creditors of the Bankrupt may, in accordance with the rules, establish a creditors' committee to exercise the functions conferred on it by or under the Act. Under Section 314(7) of the Insolvency Act 1986 a creditor may request that the Joint Trustees seek a decision on whether to establish such a committee if the request is made with the concurrence of at least 10%, in value, of the Bankrupt's creditors (including the creditor making the request).
