Notice is hereby given that a Petition was presented to Hamilton Sheriff Court seeking an Order of Early Dissolution of D.I.T (Supplies) Ltd (SC160019) in terms of Section 204 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

The Sheriff, having considered the foregoing request by the Joint Liquidators Scott Milne, Insolvency Practitioner, Quantuma Advisory Limited, Third Floor, Turnberry House, 175 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2LB and Ben Woodthorpe, Insolvency Practitioner, Resolve Advisory Limited, 22 York Buildings, John Adam Street, London, WC2N 6JJ granted an order dated 7 January 2022 approving the Joint Liquidators whole actings and intromissions; exonerating, acquitting and discharging Scott Milne, Insolvency Practitioner, Quantuma Advisory Limited, Third Floor, Turnberry House, 175 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2LB and Ben Woodthorpe, Insolvency Practitioner, Resolve Advisory Limited, 22 York Buildings, John Adam Street, London, WC2N 6JJ of their whole actings, intromissions, and management as Joint Liquidators of D.I.T (Supplies) Ltd; and being satisfied that the realisable assets of the company are insufficient to cover the expenses of the winding up, Orders the dissolution of D.I.T (Supplies) Ltd, c/o Ratcliffe and Co. Silverwells House 114 Cadzow Street, Hamilton, ML3 6HP in terms of Section 204 of the Insolvency Act 1986; and declaring the expenses of the application and any proceedings to follow hereon to be expenses of the liquidation and authorised the Joint Liquidators to make payment thereof.
