The Oil and Gas Authority gives notice that it has decided to issue, and in consequence has issued, a works authorisation to be held by TotalEnergies E&P UK Limited whose address is 18th Floor, 10 Upper Bank Street, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5BF for the construction and use of a pipeline system between the Forvie PLEM and the Forvie North WHPS associated with the Forvie North Field development.

Except with the consent of the Oil and Gas Authority, the 83 Millimetre Electrical Umbilical shall only be used to convey Electrical/Signal.

The pipeline may be used by the Holder and with the Holder's agreement, and with the consent of the Oil and Gas Authority, by other persons.

TotalEnergies E&P UK Limited have been appointed operator of the pipeline.
