The Reverend Malayil Lukose Varghese Muthalaly, B.Th., Vicar of Gillingham Saint Mark in the Diocese of Rochester, to be Bishop Suffragan of Loughborough, in the Diocese of Leicester,

The Reverend Lusa Nsenga-Ngoy, Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic Mission and Ministry Enabler in the Diocese of Leicester, to be Bishop Suffragan of Willesden, in the Diocese of London, and

The Reverend Lynne Susan Cullens, B.A., Rector of Stockport and Brinnigton in the Diocese of Chester, to be Bishop Suffragan of Barking, in the Diocese of Chelmsford.
