The Department of Health has made a Statutory Rule entitled "The Health Protection (Coronavirus, Wearing of Face Coverings)(Amendment No.2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2022 ", (S.R. 2022 No. 18), which come into operation at noon on 26th January 2022.

This rule amends the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Wearing of Face Coverings) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2021 by removing the offence associated with Regulation 4D.
