Notice is hereby given that a Petition was presented to the Sheriffdom of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Jones Whyte LLP, 59 Bath Street, Glasgow, G2 2DH for and on behalf of Stephen McLean, for restoration of the Company formerly known as ABACUS ROOFING & CLADDING LIMITED, registered office C/O Zolfo Cooper Cornerstone, 107 West Regent Street, Glasgow, G2 2BA to the Registrar of Companies and which petition for restoration, by Interlocutor dated 10 February 2022, appoints any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
