Notice is hereby given that on 28 January 2022 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Aberdeen Sheriff Court by Ewen Alexander, former Insolvency Practitioner, Johnston Carmichael LLP, Bishop’s Court, 29 Albyn Place, Aberdeen, AB10 1YL, craving the court inter alia that the company formerly known as Lochside Installations Limited, incorporated under the Companies Acts (company number: SC247503) with its registered office at 36 Greenwell Road, East Tullos, Aberdeen, AB12 3AT, be restored to the Register of Companies in which petition the Court, by interlocutor dated 28 January 2022, appointed any person having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk at Aberdeen, Sheriff Clerk’s Office, Queen Street, Aberdeen, AB10 1WP within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, under certification.
