Notice is hereby given that on 21 April 2022, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Professor Gordon Alexander Hughes, residing at Highfield, Stobo, Peebles, EH45 8NX, for an order to restore Isfahan Carpets Limited a company incorporated under the Companies Act, Company Number SC217600, having its registered office latterly at Dickson Taxation Services Limited, 1A Roseberry Crescent Lane, Edinburgh, EH12 5JR, in which the Sheriff at Edinburgh Sheriff Court by interlocutor dated 22 April 2022 ordered that a copy of the Petition and interlocutor be intimated on the SCTS website, in lieu of walls of court, and a like copy to be served upon Registrar of Companies, and the Lord Advocate and appointed notice of the import of this Petition and deliverance to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and Metro newspapers, and appointed any person interested, if they intend to show cause, why the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh, Sheriff Courthouse, 27 Chambers Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1LB, within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification, of which notice is hereby given.
