NOTICE is hereby given that in a Petition by Alexander Adams Smith craving the Court to order the name of SMI SAFETY LIMITED, a Company incorporated in Scotland under registered number SC434698 and having its registered office latterly at St Oswalds Chapel Farm, Woodhall Road, Braidwood, Carluke, Lanarkshire, ML8 5NF to be restored to the Register of Companies, the Sheriff of South Strathclyde Dumfries and Galloway at Lanark by Interlocutor dated 20 July 2022 inter alia ordered any person wishing to object to the crave of the Petition to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Lanark within 8 days of intimation, service or advertisement.
