Notice is hereby given that on 20 July 2022 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Edinburgh by Ardnamurchan Estates Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registered number SC167632) and having its registered office at Mingary Steading Kilchoan, Kilchoan, Acharacle, Argyll, PH36 4LH, craving the court inter alia, to order that Native Wild LLP, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registered number SO30076) and having its registered office at 14 Rutland Square, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH1 2BD have its name restored to the Register of Companies, in which petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh, by interlocutor dated 20 July 2022, ordained any other person interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement.
