NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to section 296 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Stratford Hamilton and Peter Hart have been appointed Joint Trustee’s of the above Debtor by the Secretary of State.

The Joint Trustees do not propose to summon a general meeting of the bankrupt`s creditors for the purpose of establishing a creditors` committee under section 301 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
