NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Article 92 of the Insolvency (NI) Order 1989, that the Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above named Company will be held at Lindsay House, 10 Callender Street, Belfast, BT1 5BN on Thursday 14 October 2022 at 10.30am and 11.00am respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before the meetings showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.

The following resolutions will be considered:

1. That the final report to members and creditors be approved;

2. That the Joint Liquidators be released from office pursuant to Article 147 of the Insolvency (NI) Order 1989; and

3. That the Joint Liquidators be authorised to destroy the Company’s books and records one year after the dissolution of the Company.
