I Joanne Manser of Merrist Wood College, Worplesdon, Surrey hereby give notice that in not less than two months after publication of this notice I intend to make application to Guildford Borough Council, located at Millmead House, Millmead, Guildford, Surrey GU2 4BE for a licence to operate a proposed zoo at Merrist Wood College, Holly Lane, Worplesdon, Surrey GU3 3PE.

A written notice of the intention to make application for a zoo licence, giving details about the proposed zoo, has been sent to the said Council. This may be inspected, free of charge, at the office Guildford Borough Council, located at Millmead House, Millmead, Guildford, Surrey GU2 4BE between the hours of 0830 to 1630hrs, Monday to Friday.

The particulars with regard to the proposed zoo and its operation, as required by Section 2(2) and 2(2A) of the Zoo Licensing Act (1981), including how the zoo will deliver and maintain the Conservation Measures required of it, are detailed in the said notice of intention to apply for a zoo licence.
