NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Article 84 of The Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 that a meeting of the creditors of the above named company will be held at Shean Dickson Merrick Solicitors, 38-42 Hill Street, Belfast, BT1 2LB on 06 October 2022 at 12:30 pm for the purposes mentioned in articles 85 to 87 of the said order.

Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must (unless they are individual creditors attending in person) lodge their proxies, together with a statement of their claim, at the offices of C/o Fortis Insolvency Limited, 683-693 Wilmslow Road, Manchester, M20 6RE or, send them by email to corporate@fortisinsolvency.co.uk, not later than 12 noon on the business day immediately preceding the meeting.
