Notice is hereby given that on 6 October 2022 a petition was presented to the Court of Session by Sattar Holdings Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (SC508635), having its registered office at c/o Consilium Chartered Accountants, 169 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LB (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia, that an administration order be granted in respect of the Company and that interim managers be appointed, in which petition Lord Clark, by interlocutor dated 14 October 2022, ordained any persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Clerk of Court, Court of Session, Parliament House, Parliament Square, Edinburgh, EH1 1RQ within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, and eo die nominated and appointed Blair Milne and James Fennessey, Insolvency Practitioners, both of Azets, Titanium 1, Kingsinch Place, Renfrew, PA4 8WF to be joint interim managers of the Company and authorised them to exercise the powers contained in Schedule 1 of the Insolvency Act 1986, of all of which notice is hereby given.
