REVOCATION OF TEMPORARY USE BAN NOTICE

SECTIONS 76 AND 76A–C OF THE WATER INDUSTRY ACT 1991

REMOVAL OF RESTRICTIONS ON WATER USE

Southern Water Services Limited (“Southern Water”) HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that, the temporary use ban notice published on 29 July 2022 pursuant to sections 76 and 76A–C of the Water Industry Act 1991, restricting the uses of water supplied by Southern Water Limited in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight commencing on 5th August at 1700 hours is revoked with immediate effect.

We are very grateful to our customers for their cooperation in conserving supplies during the water shortage. We ask customers to continue to show restraint and to use water responsibly to help secure future supplies.
